Deluxe Tours* does not own its own coaches/ busses. We act
as a broker*
between various quality coach charter companies and our clients.
When we receive a request for a charter we put the potential
contract out for tender. We then select the best bid(s) on the
basis of cost, quality and reliability of the supplier(s). As
a tour
operator* and broker*
we know the market and are able to source a wide range of quality
coaches including: VW Caravelle 9-seaters (extended chassy),
14-17 seater Mercedes Sprinter vehicles, 19-21 seater coaches,
28- 35 seater luxury coaches, 44/45 seater luxury coaches and
60 seater semi luxury coaches (for smaller vehicles visit our
Avis Car Rental section.)
Please note that we act only as
a broker, the final transaction and charter- contract will be
between you and the selected charter company. |

 We
have access to a wide variety of vehicles. To get an idea of
what is on offer in the market have a look at our generic
coach & bus guide. If you are already informed on what
is available out there go on to step 2. |

Follow
the "coach
charter request form"-link that appears at the top
of all our pages relating to coach charters. Fill out the charter
request form and submit it. Remember, the more info you provide
the easier it will be for us to find what you're looking for! |

| On
receipt of your charter request form we (Africa
Deluxe Tours*) immediately put it out for tender to a
selection of reputable trustworthy charter companies.
From the responses
coming back we select the best bid(s) in terms of cost, quality
and the reliability of the supplier. |

You
decide whether you are satisfied with the bid provided to you.
If we get more quality bids we will forward them to you as well,
you may then decide which one you want to accept. Together with
the selected bid(s) we will provide a contact person (incl.
contact details) with whom you can take up the offer. Remember
that we will not be a party to the charter transaction &
contract. Our involvement ends with forwarding the selected
bid(s) to you. |
