Montecasino is a casino and entertainment complex in Fourways (Sandton) north of Johannesburg, it includes the five star Palazzo Hotel. The whole complex is themed to resemble a Tuscan hill-top village. Depending to who you talk to people either love it or hate it. If you are in Johannesburg to sample Africa, Montecasino is probably not the place to do it.

However, if you like entertainment resorts and casinos where an imaginary setting is created, removed from reality or geographical context, then this resort may just be heaven to you. If you have kids they are bound to be mad about it.
