The Mantenga Craft
Centre is located in the Ezulwini Valley close to the Royal Swazi Sun Hotel.
 This
places it just of the main route between Mbabane and Manzini. The Centre
was established in 1975 to promote and develop rural handcrafts in Swaziland.
It is a collection of outlets that display and sell Swazi
hand-made crafts and goods. The tree-rich area is very relaxed and away
from the hustle and bustle of city life. Apart from a wide range of products
it also offers a coffee shop (café).
The Centre, a collection of shops, offers amongst other things handmade: african pots; mohair fabric jerseys, shawls and cushion covers; leather products; cotton and mohair fabric clothing; ceramics; painted silk items; rugs; brightly coloured handmade sisal baskets; gold and silver jewellery.
