(1) We (Africa Deluxe Tours) use the term in relation to tour products. Used in this way it has more or less the same meaning as "tour programme" or "travel plan". A tour itinerary will typically set out, in regard to a specific tour, the route to be followed, activities on each day (including flights, transfers, excursions, etc.) as well as overnight destinations and accommodation establishments.

(2) "Itinerary" may also be used in terms of consecutive flights, mostly starting and ending at the same place (e.g. your home airport). All the flights from the time you leave home until you return make up your flight itinerary.
