A tour has been customised when it has been tailor made to a particular client's stated needs. Basically a client tells us, Africa Deluxe Tours, what he/she wants and we oblige!

In most cases clients will give us an idea of what kind of activities and destinations they enjoy. Most of our clients search the internet for information and may well indicate specific activities and destinations to be included in their tour. We fill in the holes and design an itinerary from scratch to include attractions, activities and destinations indicated by the client. We also propose additional elements that will make a good fit with the rest of the tour. Obviously the client's available time and budget plays a big role.

After suggesting an itinerary, together with a quote, clients are free to request further changes. This process is repeated until clients are satisfied that they can purchase a tour which will meet all of their needs.
