• how many seats do you require, i.e. how many passengers will you be booking?
• between which airports or destinations you want to fly (two or a series of destinations to make up an itinerary* of flights). Destinations may include private game reserves, resorts, etc.
• the dates on which you want to do each particular flight in your itinerary*
• if you require a return-flight between two airports or destinations clearly state this, otherwise it will be treated as a one-way flight
• what times you want your flights to depart or arrive. If your charter flight will follow on, or connect to, a scheduled flight please provide the flight number for the scheduled flight (for planning purposes).
• indicate whether you prefer a standard (e.g. standard small planes & helicopters) or luxury flight (luxury jets & helicopters). Keep in mind that the airport or landing strip available at your destination will play a role in the selection of a suitable airplane.
• your nationality (e.g. British)

Why?
Because we broker* flights anyway... Africa Deluxe Tours* is an inbound tour operator* based in South Africa*, i.e. not a travel agent*. We regularly charter planes for our clients as part of their tour packages*.

You also have the option of booking a complete custom (tailor made) or packaged tour through us or booking other stand-alone services such as Avis Car Rental (standard and/or luxury fleet) and accommodation (hotels & resorts, private game reserve lodges, etc.).

How to enquire & book?
To enquire and/or book through us the following process applies.

(1) Request a quote
In the near future you will fill out a simple form on our* website, for now however, you need to send us a quotation request by e-mail. The more information you provide the easier it will be for us to help you quickly. See the above section for guidelines on the information we need from you. In booking a charter flight you need to act as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

(2) Quote
We* will respond to your request with a quote via e-mail. We endevour to so within 48-hours (weekdays) or less. Our quote will detail all costs, e.g. flight cost, handling fee and, if applicable, courier cost.

(3) Accept or reject our quote
You need to respond to our quote by e-mail and indicate your acceptance or rejection thereof.

(4) Booking & invoice
On receiving your acceptance of our* quote we will do the actual booking. Once the booking has been secured we will e-mail a detailed invoice to you, including payment instructions and once again specifying all the costs mentioned above. You may make payment by either an international bank transfer into our account or by credit card.

(5) Pre-payment & finalisation
Our* service is strictly dependent on pre-payment being received by us, as is always the case with flight bookings. Payments from outside South Africa* typically takes three weekdays to show in our account. On receipt of your payment, i.e. when it shows in our bank account, we will finalise your booking. We will e-mail your flight vouchers and arrangements to you, together with a receipt.
