It's quite simple. Provide us* with the tour itinerary* and price that has been quoted to you and we will try to improve on your current deal. We will provide a quote on exactly the same itinerary* that you give to us.

Accommodation, transport, etc. will be specified and will be the same or similar to your current itinerary*. Your enquiry will be treated as confidential, i.e. we will not inform the agent* or operator* who have offered the tour to you for which you requested a comparative quote from us.

As much information as possible. Our* quote can only be as good as the information you provide to us.

Various factors play a role in tour pricing, such as the type of accommodation (e.g. hotels v.s. self-catering), luxury level (e.g. 3-star v.s. 5-star hotels), etc. The most important factors are listed in the Price Buster form below.

To be sure that the price we quote to you is in fact for the same product we need to know exactly what that product is.

Afrilux* will not get involved in repetitive to and fro rounds of quotes, i.e. our quote is our final price (unless you request changes to the itinerary*).

We can't improve on every quote out there, we use a set profit margin. Creating a fictitious quote will probably result in us* not being able to improve it. Final acceptance of a quote may not be later than three weeks prior to a tour. We* won't quote on a tour less than three weeks away as we believe this to be unfair to other operators*.
