Most
of our clients do not require us to provide typical event
management services. If there is a need for these services
we will gladly identify and co-opt an event management company/
team (for more on this click here).
We do not
deal with the following:
general content of conference (programme, etc.); presentation
equipment (sound, projectors, etc.); catering; stationary;
marketing (apart from providing dedicated pages
on our website); media relations; business centre; etc. |

| With
tour
operating* and brokering* being
our main business this is obviously what we're strongest at.
This is an especially nice touch for conferences where at
least some of the delegates are traveling from abroad to attend.
South(ern)
Africa* is a long haul destination and most visitors like
to see something of the region having to travel so far to
get here to start with. We are perfectly geared to fulfill
this need. We are able to provide for any budget and group

 Conference
venues are generally located within striking distance of at
least a few tourist attractions.
Work some leisure
time into your conference schedule and allow us to give your
delegates a special experience or two. We are well geared
to offer excursions*
to tourist attractions throughout Southern
Africa*. We can also tailor-make excursions*
to compliment your conference theme or topic, for an example

to source vehicles from family sedan size right through to
44-seater luxury coaches. |

Africa
Deluxe Tours* has preferential rates agreements with all
the big hotel groups as well as a wide variety of the best
independent hotels in Southern
Africa*.
Because we regularly
book clients into their properties most hotel groups are willing
to give us much lower rates than what are generally offered
to the public.
You, and your
delegates, can benefit from this by having us look after your
conference's accommodation needs. |

| This
is obviously crucial for the success of any conference. We will
sit down with you and determine what your needs are. For smaller
conferences it's normally nice to identify a hotel-based venue
where the venue and accommodation is in the same complex simplifying
travel and other arrangements (and cutting costs). However,
for bigger conferences this is off-course less true. Whatever
your needs, we will assist you to identify the best option out
there. |

This
is a rather unique facility that we offer you. Should you make
use of our other services for your conference we will throw
this in complimentary. We will even do the design for you (building
your "site" within ours). You will only be responsible
for providing content and graphics. If you like this may include

| Most
venues and hotels provide a lot of conference services to you
included in the venue fee. This include services such as sound
equipment, overhead projectors, video projectors, etc. Other
services they'll provide at an extra fee include: catering,
hotel/ venue stationary, etc. Very few of our clients need the
services of an event management company - which we are not.
However, should you have a need for event management services
we'll gladly identify a team/ company that can meet your particular
needs. |
