At the moment we have no upcoming conferences, what follows below is an example of what we've done in the past:

1. The final schedule of this program may include additions, deletions and/ or other changes.
2. The closing date for pre-bookings was 15 August 2000, however experience has shown that place still becomes available on the day - in most cases.

4. To collect pre-booked tickets which might have been returned by the original holder thereof enquire from the relevant demonstration desk 30 minutes before the commencement of such demonstration.
5. Pre-booked ticket holders must be seated in the lecture theatre or conference room 10 minutes prior to the commencement of a demonstration. 5 minutes thereafter, empty seats will be filled by others waiting in the queue.
